We’ve got something exciting to share! Campos Family Vineyards is now collaborating with Petals & Smoke to bring weddings and private events to a whole new level right here on the estate.

If you’ve been to Campos Family Vineyards, you already know the property is full of charm: rolling vines, warm sunsets, and a laid-back elegance. The estate is made for celebrations. While we’ve hosted weddings here and there over the years, we’ve never offered it on a consistent basis. That changes now.

Petals & Smoke is an extension of Fat Jack’s Smokehouse, built on a partnership between two seasoned professionals with a shared passion for unforgettable events. Brenda Bauer is the creative lead behind Petals, bringing years of event planning expertise to the table, from intimate ceremonies to large-scale corporate functions. Jack Rasore, the pitmaster behind Fat Jack’s Smokehouse, brings the Smoke, along with a reputation for bold, flavorful BBQ and a deep commitment to hospitality.

Together, they’re helping us offer something we’ve never had before at Campos: thoughtfully planned, full-service weddings and private events, right here on the estate.

And while Fat Jack’s BBQ is always a favorite, the culinary experience doesn’t stop there. Jack plans to expand the Fat Jack’s menu offerings to accommodate each couple’s unique vision. Additional chefs will be brought in as needed to ensure an exceptional dining experience, whether casual, upscale, or anything in between.

As always, our friendly and knowledgeable Campos team will be there pouring glasses of our award-winning wines and helping guests feel right at home, whether you’re here for vows, toasts, networking, or dancing under the stars.
